Overview

Authentise’s Model Warehouse is designed to make it easier for users to maintain a large database of model data in the cloud. It is also an entryway into Authentise’s other services. The specification for the various endpoints are designed to be open so that other providers could create a service that adheres to the same specification and interoperate with any service that works with Authentise.

The Model Warehouse currently stores models in a durable, redundant storage facility in the cloud. Users can upload as many or as few models as they like and retrieve those models at any time or pass those models between different cloud services. The warehouse also makes it easy to render models in different simulated materials and prepare models for printing.

Eventually the Model Warehouse will be a paid service. For the next year the Model Warehouse will be free to use.
